Baytown Wedding Expo brings together the finest suppliers of products and services for the soon-to-be married couples in the Baytown area.
Starting with our first Expo in June of 2010, our goal has been to simply allow Baytown area brides and businesses the opportunity to meet each other. We are constantly meeting new small businesses in Baytown that are more than able to help build beautiful dream weddings.
Baytown Wedding Expo continues to showcase a select group of caterers, wedding planners, florists, photographers and more with our next Wedding Expo scheduled for February 25th, 2012.

The idea for the Baytown Wedding Expo originated when Kimberli Smith of Affinity Photography was completely shocked at how many people she talked to about weddings who didn’t realize all the options available in Baytown. Most of the reasons were focused on the lack of advertising done by businesses that offer premier wedding services. Many people also ventured to other places like Houston under the false notion that Baytown doesn’t offer anything notable.
After knowing what she wanted to do about it (have a wedding exposition) Kimberli called a friend, Susan Schultz. Susan owns Innovative Linens, a linen rental company for special events. Kimberli thought Susan would make a perfect balance in creating the Expo. So in June 2010 Baytown Wedding Expo held their first show. They considered it a success because exhibitors and brides had the chance to meet!!!
In the fall of 2010, Kim and Susan knew that the next Expo needed someone with experience in generating more publicity, so long time resident and small business advocate Michael Nebgen joined the planning effort.
Together, the 2011 Expo doubled in size, making it even more successful for brides and businesses in this area. Kim, Susan and Mike are looking forward to an amazing turnout in 2012, when brides will have the opportunity to plan their dream wedding and support their home town.
